Case Study - Tuberculosis Predictive Diagnostic

Biomarker Distiller has delivered a 3 gene signature discriminating Active TB vs. Latent TB, and a 4 gene signature discriminating Latent TB vs. Normals in the whole blood transcriptome. Pathways Distiller reveals a discriminating transition from an inhibitory (Latent TB) to stimulatory (Active TB) tone for the transcriptome, with gene clustering in the proteasome, autophagy, antigen processing and host defence pathways.
